Double-crested Cormorant

North America. Polytypic.
OVERVIEW
An odd looking Cormorant was eventually identified to this species, with photos showing 12 tail feathers as opposed to the 14 for Great Cormorant; also, after checking the literature the key facial pattern was determined to fit this species. First for the Western Palearctic.
